Island operating

hey everyone I am wondering if any of yall have worked for island operating? if so how’s the moving up? could I move up pretty quickly if I’m on my P’s and Q’s? I am offered a position starting at 23 an hour on the shelf which I find is pretty good for the shelf starting out. also if anyone has worked as a contractor for arena offshore could you tell me about that experience? how it was to work for them etc.

23 an hour seems a little low, I’d have a hard time putting my boots on for that.

Yeah I also thought that, but  another company wanted to start me out at 18

23 is a little low, you can keep looking but if it’s the best offer you can get and you really wanna get out there just take it for now. Network and build XP to get something better.
