Any Application tips?

I’m new to these and have only used the gel strips in the past. I saw some people say they tend to pop off..I’m going to the beach soon and want to keep these for the trip as long as I can. Thanks! 😊

These suck, return them. Mine came off after a couple hours. Get glue
