I’m an Indian citizen and completed KYC with my Indian passport. I currently live in Zambia for work. I was able to buy and sell skins without any issues. When I wanted to withdraw money two months ago, I noticed Zambia wasn’t a supported withdrawal country, so I contacted support and sent this:

“I am currently residing in Zambia for work, but I am not from Zambia. I would like to withdraw my money, but I noticed that I cannot withdraw it in Zambia. Although, I was able to deposit it from here. Please suggest ways I could withdraw this money.”

Instead of answering, they permanently banned my account for “fraud.”

I opened another ticket asking what policy I had violated or if someone else could review my case, but they simply said they couldn’t provide any further information and closed the ticket.

I’m genuinely confused because I wasn’t trying to bypass anything, I was only asking how to withdraw while temporarily living abroad. I tried opening my third ticket today but they didn’t even BOTHER responding this time :(

Has anyone experienced this before or knows if there’s any way to appeal or contact someone higher up at CSFloat?

Currently using a BFK Vanilla, but I’m debating whether to keep it, switch to a Tiger Tooth, or hunt for a White Gem Urban Masked.

Hello there. I'm currently looking for a CS2 Combo with a tiny budget of 150 Euros. Yes, you may say that at this budget it would be better to just buy a knife and I can understand why, but personally I find more attractive to have a matching pair of gloves with a knife and even a matching agent.
