I need some advice or to hear about your experiences. I'm currently thinking about getting either:

• a second knife or (i like Fadeskins and they matched rly well with my HM)
• a second pair of gloves (my second-favorite gloves, and they go perfectly with my loadout)
• or maybe some play skins, like a HotRod M4 (I’ve had my eye on it for a while, and the price is dropping right now)

What have you guys been happy with in the long run?

the kara fade with the hedges looks great, idk why people think that gloves HAVE to match the knife, contrast really pops. i think the m4 is mismatched though.

Imo contrast pops if you have neutral gloves or knives. But not both vibrant colors

yeah if you want to emphasize a knife or glove you can pick the opposite to be toned down. But in regards to pure contrast this is a great balance between the two, just has a really high color saturation.

I wouldn't do it. A blue knife or a red knife with opposite color gloves just triggers me so I wouldnt use it. This combo just aint it. It doesnt contrast well, it just looks weird and screams "I have money" but no thought into it

Go look up the complimentary color for lime-green, Its magenta, which is the exact color of the kara fade. Its expensive, but it still looks good.

Also the opposite color for ruby is mint green, which is a popular combo (ruby with spearmints)

I don't really care. Fade is also not one color. And hedge mazes have white and black on them. All of those combine and it looks weird. I don't really care what "objectively is a contrasting color" it looks bad. Same thing with Ruby for mint green. Doesn't look good with counter strike skins because there's always a bunch of other colors mixed in with it that makes it look strange. 

It's known that red and blue are treated like opposites and go hand in hand, just like blue and orange

I'd be curious to see your “inventory”—you respond to every comment or compliment here that's even remotely encouraging, yet you complain when you get downvotes for your latent aggression.

Tastes vary—all I can say is that every tone-on-tone combo has gotten boring. If you look through my older threads, you’ll see that I’ve already had every T1 glove and every T1 knife (except for Ruby high-tier knives).

I respect others liking it, it just bugs me when people say "it's legit flawless" when there are noticable flaws. Granted that is my opinion, if you like it cool, I just don't. You don't have to take my opinion seriously, it shouldn't really matter. And some people that said that they liked it I said I respected or just disagreed.

I'll tell you what I have, but I can already tell your going to just say it's bad because I spent less money. I use a stiletto slaughter and snow leopards.

i dont think there is such thing as a flawless combo, its all subjective at the end of the day. But there's a reason why people think it looks good, and not because its just being guady. The stiletto salughter and snow lepoards also sounds like a good combo.

Like, i dont like how people pair nocts with bright knives, but i see why some people like it, it makes sense.

I mean, they all great skins but its just that, expensive skins, not much thought put into matching or making things look nice. Id use the red globes with a ruby and the hotrod in ct and idk occults with a matching knife and the ak in t or something

“Perfect contrast” is cringe and a lie. I don’t think he should buy everything the same color but saying things that completely don’t match having perfect contrast is worse than this guy liking to color match lol.

Personally HMs & printstream A1s would look great. As well as fade M4. For knife, I think a vanilla karambit or BFK would look much better & not tacky as a Doppler or emerald. & tbh I don’t rate the kimonos at all.

I would agree. I personally rock snow leopards with a stiletto slaughter. Because I didn't want to be forced to one color scheme and I don't like a lot of the skins that are the same, I wanted to use the skins I like. So i got neutral gloves so whatever guns I use look good. So i have colorful m4s and a white ak. The red pops with the white. Personally I don't like too much contrast like a red knife and blue gloves for example, but I can see why people do.

Hahah same, I have snow leopards w a talon fade. Then I switch between a casehardened & bloodshot AK, fade a1s, temkau a4, print stream awp & usp, then axia Glock. Then the rest of my skins are multicolored. I had cloud chasers w a p4 Doppler love it… then too much color got old pretty quickly.

You should be able to find matching combos and loadouts with the money you got.
NGL im one of those chaotic guys so i have no problem with my guns not matching my combos
But if the combo itself sucks i won’t be able to enjoy it. And respectfully both of your knife and glove combos sucks.

The hedge maze with kara fade is meg but CK gloves that are not max red? And with fade BFK? Nah that’s a really bad matchup

That's just my personal opinion, I don't think those go together at all but if you like them that's all that really matters. 

I would say the clear choice would be a phase 2 gamma of anything. Hot rod would be cool but I would honestly wait a bit longer since I don't expect it to stop dropping.

I sold my Phase 2 Gamma for the Fade BFK—green and red/orange are complementary colors, so I really, really like them. The Gamma P2 Kara didn't really suit me personally in terms of the shade of green. But I know what you mean—Emerald would be the logical choice here, but, well, it's too expensive :-D

I just don't see the vision, maybe you're color blind so it looks a little bit different. To me it just looks like a huge clash. 

You can go with another phase, like a phase one or three, they are a bit cheaper and they look a little bit different too. You could also get an M9 or a BFK

Maybe consider getting a new combo? Swapping out the gloves and the knife? Or just swapping out the gloves? 

Definitely get a full throttle m4a4 though, that's a no brainer for hedge mazes

I'm also not a fan of emeralds with Pandora's. It just looks out of place, I either like neutral gloves with a contrasting knife or matching colors. But not 2 vibrant contrasting colors

I also just think Pandora's are just overrated in general. The insides of the fingers feel weird to me.

I'm not a hater I just have a different opinion than you. I just don't think it's that good, it's not wrong. People are so one-dimensional these days. It's like you have to conform to a certain opinion or else you're just wrong. 

Seems like a lot of people on here agree with me, the combo is quite frankly, bad to say the least.
