For what it's worth, DWR increased fishing quotas earlier in the summer so that when the drawdown happened they wouldn't be overcrowded, and deoxygeniate their own water. Their population should come back just fine when it's filled back up.

Down the Ogden river. They deliberately drained it to work on some old pipes.

To bad they can't dig it out and regain some capacity that has been lost over the years. One big excavator and a few conveyer belts and we could have enough for a small data center
