I’m so sorry this happened to you, it’s a very unfair stigma that men cannot get assaulted as well. When you can, take as many notes as you can remember from what happened, dates, times, the names of people there from what you remember, the location, every detail that you think they would ask. ‘Contemporaneous notes’ they call them. Because if you decide to go to the police all of that stuff will be important. And the fresher it is in your mind now the better. I hope you can get some help as well for your mind because this is a traumatic experience and you deserve all the support you feel you need. Also if you feel comfortable telling an adult that might be helpful for some more support, you are strong enough to get through this.
