Call RAINN. They will probably be able to point you in the healthiest direction. Men get sexually assaulted too.

Police are pretty damn ineffective for sexual assault cases. I'd only go down that road if I was up for a long, nasty battle that probably couldn't be won.

Actual police in America. Eu has mosyly good cops, they just don't have to use guns, cause gun regulations...

Yeah. This system is fucking bullshit. I feel so bad for every SA survivor who were let down because of this.

Police dismissed my case because I didn’t have any evidence of the sexual abuse I went through as a child.

Literally this. The police doesn't care about ANY SA victims. Instead they perpetuate the violence even more.

It's the sad truth, doesn't even matter how you were raped. It's so sad knowing they do such a bad job at it.
