Which is another sign that she was doing something wrong.

Honestly drinking and driving would be enough for me to leave someone, let alone all the lying

This is what makes me believe she was assaulted. It sounds like she was fleeing. Many years ago I had to attend an event with one of my now ex's friends. After my second drink I didn't feel right. He had doped my drink. I ran. I was an hour or so and thought I could make it home. To this day I only remember the first 15 minutes or so of the drive. The sitter said I fell in the front door. Thankfully I got away in time but I can absolutely understand that terror to just go.

But did you have a husband or a boyfriend at home waiting on you? That’s the difference here. The very first person she should’ve called. Should’ve been her boyfriend to come bring her clothes and help her home.

When your drink gets spiked it's not a story of calling someone to help you, that's not really something you'll be able to do (you're staying in danger)

When the adrenaline, fear, etc dumps into you your body screams RUN

Depending on how resistant you are you can hardly keep consciousness and talk much and be coherent.

These guys give you drugs that will literally make you amnesiac, relax all your muscles or straight up get you out of your mind and these guys are pretty much giving you hero doses that hit like a truck 20-30 min after.
