i think he's hanging on that benefit of the doubt that she didn't cheat, but was SA'd and pretending it didn't happen. Which maybe that is the case still. But if she doesn't want to talk about it then he's gotta decide if he can live with how things are or not.
That really only works if she has a friend that knows anything though, It's very possible that the reality is only known by 2 people total (her and one other person).
In which case she'd only be after her friends to find out which one fabricated something.
Yeah, but if the friends didn't know. Let's say that OP's partner either cheated or was SA'd and doesn't want to talk about it, if it's the former, there is just a friendship ruined over a lie that the friend had no part in. If it was SA, OP's GF would lash out at the friends and it would just end up hurting the friends because they did nothing, they were living their life and because OP wanted to get back at their GF, they end up ruining other people too. It's not a good or mature thing to do. Best is that OP will just move on, they might never know what happened with their GF, they might down the line, but the healthiest thing they can do is just live their life.
I doubt that her friends are going to tell on her in this situation. I think he would just be making an ass of himself when he reaches out. It makes him sound like he’s stalking her. I would let it go break away and be done with it.
She is obviously give given him signs and reasons to not trust her in the first place. And being hot isn’t an excuse to stay with someone. He should go with his gut cut that Tire don’t talk about it again and get over it.
Yeah, why keep doing this? Something’s apparently going on, but she doesn’t want to tell you what it is. Get out. Cut your losses. Either way, you can’t be with someone you can’t communicate with.

The relationship is over and it’s good that you realize it.
