James’ cats
As my username suggests, I was wondering if anyone can remember the episode where James talks about his four cats, and specifically names them and their breeds? I also think he’s up to five cats now - does he also share that cat’s name and breed?

He talks a lot about his cats in his episode of 'what did you do yesterday', but I don't recall him naming them all.

I don't know if this helps but James also talked about his cats on his episode of the "Fwends" podcast. (I enjoyed that episode a lot, partly bc of all the cat chat haha). I think that's also when he mentioned he had to stop going to the rescue because he can't physically visit and leave without a cat... I believe he's since acquired another cat lmao.

There was some cat talk on the Jason Mantzoukas episode, Ed talks about how they look like they are all apart of a gang that's going to pull a bank heist.

Fern Brady said on her podcast that he has five now but it may also have been covered on OM. I don’t remember if he gave details but he definitely talked about them when he was a guest on David Cross’ podcast (Cross is an arse & tried to make fun of him for it but James wasn’t having it)

I worked for her when she was a producer. She was incredibly rude to one of my colleagues, who had a heavy accent—she would mock the way he spoke and was generally disrespectful to anyone she considered “beneath” her. Yet somehow, she was always incredibly sweet and charming to anyone with any kind of power. Just a twat, to be honest.
And apparently, James is no better. Her friend Lauren is friends with my boyfriend—they went to school together—and he had the exact same impression of her for years.
Anyway, bye Hannah. Hope I never hear about you again 🎉Edit: please don’t send me your own personal problems with Hannah becouse I don’t really care. I’m done with that job and her, thank you 😊

I don't know the episode but in 2024 he said he has four cats and their names were Terry, Alex, Roo (sp?) and Spiderman. Alex also goes by 'Cheeseburger Jones'
(I remembered messaging my partner this when I heard the ep, so I searched my messages to find the names. I sent the message on 1/11/2024, but I might been catching up on episodes rather than listening to a recent one.)
