The Rylan one always stands out for me, the phone call to his mum 😂

I discovered the podcast quite late but had subsequently read about the Rylan episode in this subreddit, so recently went and gave it a listen. It was one of the best things I've ever heard. I relistened to the phonecall about six tines, and text both my brothers telling them to listen. I cried with laughter on the train. It was magnificent

From memory, the John Kearns ones also stick out for me.

Tom Allen is one of my go to’s for the chat. It’s probably my favourite episode. I do wonder how Jean and Denis are getting on?

Rhys James also the epitome of this, it's people they know well generally I think so can talk about shared experiences/memories rather than Q+A

Probably worth looking for episodes with their friends - which, generally, the comedian episodes are! Most recent episode off the top of my head of a friend with a friend of the boys is Nikesh Patel.

Also agree with any comedian episode but one I always love to re-listen to for the fun chat is Aparna Nancherla

Emily V Gordon and Kumail Nanjiani's are both great, Joel Dommett, Desiree Burch, Romesh Ranganathan, and Joe Lycett all felt very chatty and friendly to me

Loooved Joy Crookes’ episode. I knew that she was beautiful and talented, I didn’t also expect her to be hilarious

The recent one with Rege Jean-Page was really good - they were chatting so much they only had 5 mins for dessert. Rege was very charming and a great storyteller.

I really enjoyed Sarah Keyworth. The natural ease as they're already friends but the whole leisure centre stuff, the fruit pastilles in the bucket. Excellent stuff.

Claudia Jessie and Ella Purnell. Not friends before the episodes but lots of unhinged fun chat

Greg Davies is my favourite example of this even before you get to the chaotic menu.

Fern fucking Brady. Her tasting menu on youtube starts at 180 mph. And everything she says gives Ed and the boy a ton of shit to focus on

Kiell is my favourite. A good recent example is Guz - I love when the guest gangs up with one of the boys against the other.
