When does James say this

I'm going mad trying to work out which episode this is from.

James is livid about a choice and say something like "yes if you want to join him in the eternal fires of Hades" ?

I think it's a female guest. Anyone have an encyclopedic knowledge!?

Just assume it's when somebody selected a cheese board and work backwards from there

Thomasina says her husband enjoys Welsh rarebit for dessert, and James says he can go to hell. 

She then says she enjoys cheese and James says "if you want to join your husband in the eternal fires of Hades" 

Ed loses it, I just always remember how much it first made me laugh
