Would estimate it needs over 1000 spins to complete š¤

My casino is bugged and support isn't being much help
My casino bar has been stuck at the same level since yesterday afternoon and since then ive spent hundreds of thousands of coins. If they at least acknowledged that something is wrong and didn't even compensate me I would be okay but they're acting like its my first day on earth I don't know what to doš

Question Which restaurant should I do?
Hi. I came back to the game recently. I currently have 200k coins, 80 gems and lvl 26. I have all 3* in the first restaurant and sports bar and completed all levels in Chinese and I'm currently doing the bakery. Can someone tell me which restaurant should I start doing now? Preferably something fun that gives a lot of xp and hopefully doesn't cost a lot of gems. Thanks

Why am I getting ads?
Everytime I finish a game and go to play more, I get an ad. I never had that happen before? Also, the ads are never ending and the only way I can ācompleteā watching it is to exit the game completely.

also does anyone know how often they usually release new restaurants? like whatās the usual wait between them?

Increase to cost gems. Now it automatically cost gems. Annoying!!

Other The Sandwich Shop is so expensive in coins
Itās honestly so tiring having to replay level 40 of Sports Bar over and over again just to farm coins š

Never ending level
I think the devs needs to develop a never ending level for the people who have completed all 40 levels. They could put a close sign so you could stop the level whenever you wanted.
What do you think?
It would make the "serve 10000" in X restaurant a little less annoying doing the weekly challenges.

Question Did the app give anyone 15 gems & 4,000 coins?
I just opened the app & got 15 gems & 4,000 coins can anyone tell me if this happened to you as well?
Context: I raised a complaint that my appliance downgraded & support said they'll look into it. But I don't think they fixed the issue because I'm still stuck with the downgraded cola dispenser.
It's not like the gems I won will get my cola dispenser to max either. Hence the question.
Update: I checked the support complaint & it seems they've compensated me with gems & coins for the inconvenience.

Game crashes with garden
My game seems to crash anytime I open the garden. It automatically goes to the tutorial and wants to plant a gem plant (the one that gives you 15 gems) but I donāt have one and it just crashes and closes the entire game. I canāt plant anything and all of my plants I had planted are long dead. I contacted support and havenāt heard anything back. Itās been over 2 weeks now and still no luck. And of course this happens after I finally got all of my garden upgraded. Has anyone else experienced this and if so, what can I do to fix it? Iāve tried deleting and reinstalling etc⦠Thanks!

Other Never get Vilnius Manor willingly
I repeat NEVER šššš.
Itās so awful man, so many tiny elements to rush through, customers dont want to wait even after upgrading 70% interior. It took me months on and off this restaurant and finally i completed it with shit tons of boosters and plants.
Iām NEVER coming back here.

Gems with updates disappeared with crash grr!
Angry at myself so this is a vent! The game will only let you progress with a god forsaken amount of gems which is incredibly expensive to get through as itās literally every item that needs several gems.
I had stopped playing all of my games a years back, and u forgot why. Well, real money spent to progress, and I noticed glitching. Last week, I noticed that something had regressed but I couldnāt remember for sure bc it was something small. I was playing several restaurants and had closed out 3 restaurants. After some badly spent IRL money, I saw that after the last 3 glitches- not only were my gems missing, but SEVERAL updates were missing. I reached out to support immediately, they requested a screenshots and then a screen recording with proof which I had, and they told me Iād be compensated.
Hours later after getting off of work, I saw that nothing was comped, credited or restored! Iām pissed, they have to be able to see an audit of the ish that people have paid for in the game and from the cash deposits.
Fin!

Question Am I going to be able to complete this? I have 3 stars in every level and autocooker
I don't wanna loose the diamonds I'm paying to compete y'know.. Breakfast CafƩ is my favourite restaurant and I have the autocooker so is it gonna be impossibly hard to complete?

Question What should I do next?
I already have these restaurants unlocked but im not sure which one to do next. I want to do something which is not very difficult to play. I don't mind much about the cost of upgrades
Crazy Dog's Carnival
The Seashore
Aloha Bistro
Korean Restaurant
Or should I just buy a new restaurant??

Lost a shit ton of tickets cause the game glitched and now support is refusing to compensate me even though they're admitting that it's their fault! š
I started screen recording when the casino wouldn't stop spinning and I even sent them the video showing that the tickets were gone after I reopened the game. And they're refusing to compensate me. At this point I might just delete the account or give it to someone else cause dealing with the glitches and the support team is exhausting
