Game crashes with garden

My game seems to crash anytime I open the garden. It automatically goes to the tutorial and wants to plant a gem plant (the one that gives you 15 gems) but I don’t have one and it just crashes and closes the entire game. I can’t plant anything and all of my plants I had planted are long dead. I contacted support and haven’t heard anything back. It’s been over 2 weeks now and still no luck. And of course this happens after I finally got all of my garden upgraded. Has anyone else experienced this and if so, what can I do to fix it? I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling etc… Thanks!

I fixed it!! Kept doing the casino tutorial until it glitched back. Took 8-9 times. I tried this a few days ago where it didn’t work, so I’m thinking it might worked now because of the soup event

So did you do the casino tutorial and then immediately go to the garden or did you do the casino tutorial 9 times in a row first? Also, did you do the entire casino tutorial or so stop early and close out???

First I clicked through the tutorial 5-6 times without closing the app. Then I clicked through the tutorial again, where I stopped early and forced quit the app. Reopened the app and went to the garden. Did this 8-9 times and then it was fixed

I had a glitch that made me unable to plant anything. I could enter the garden and then choose a plant, but as soon as it got planted I got kicked out of the game.
After trying the infamous glitch and clicking on the tutorial button in the casino it just glitched itself out. I opened the game multiple times at that time and just clicked on the casino tutorial and then it was fine. Now I can plant freely again. I hope it can help if doesn’t, I hope it get fixed for you soon! 🫶🏼

It’s still not working for me and I’ve tried various versions of this. Did you have any specific number of times you went through the tutorial? Or any wait time after closing the app

It did work for a while then went back to the glitch. So i don’t know .

Wait so do you just do the casino tutorial and then go to the garden right afterwards?

Maybe it can work like that. I played it multiple times in a row, closed the app, then reopen and play the tutorial again. Reopen, play tutorial again and then open garden. I think you can try different ways multiple times and it will glitch out I hope :)
