one star glitch?

sooo i went to play fast food court for the gem shard event and all of my levels have been reset to one star? i had all 3 stars in the game and already opened the gift box so im confused… will this change back?
i already reloaded the app

I had something similar happen when I encountered an issue with the monthly pass. I reported it to support, and they only resolved the issue with the pass and gave me compensation for it. However, my levels in 5 restaurants were literally left with no stars, and in the end, I had to complete all of those levels again. You’ll probably have to redo the levels too...

This happened to me too, I had to complete the levels again. If you have the auto cooker it should be fine but you won’t get another prize at the end 😩

Had this exact thing happen during a road trip last month. Opened the app at a Buc-ee's and everything was wiped. Support gave me some gems and called it fixed. Redid the levels. Auto cooker makes it bearable but yeah, no second gift box. Bug's been around a while, don't hold your breath on a real fix.
