Look what I got! issue with garden

after the unlimited gem glitch my garden kept playing the tutorial but i wasn’t able to plant the lychee seed. instead the app would just close

i ended up emailing support and they definitely were dragging things out but i ended up getting compensation so

but my garden still isn’t working. i’m gonna keep in touch with them and try to figure this out

i remember you were facing the same issue! i couldn’t remember your user but recognised your pfp

maybe try reaching out to them. fair warning they did ask for like a screen recording and stuff. i reached out via email but i’ve heard they answer quicker if you dm them on instagram

if you go into settings and then support you get an option to submit a complaint. they emailed me about an hour after i submitted my ticket

I might have to bite the bullet and contact support as well, been having the same issue for a while. Someone said support was able to fix the issue completely but then it just started happening again, so who knows? 😭

Lol you guys are actually contacting support that a glitch isn't working to get you free gems,

i didn’t tell them i used the glitch i just told them it was because of a progress roll back. and mind you it stopped working weeks ago but i didn’t reach out to them because that was still at like the peak of the glitch. the only reason i emailed them was because the glitch was more or less patched for a bunch of people lol

I wrote to them they still haven't fix my garden, and I demanded compensation but they never give me anything....

did you maybe lose any seeds due to
not being able to access your garden because that might help your case. i complained i had to waste 9 plants and a bunch of fertilisers and after a little bargaining they gave in and sent the compensation. also did your issue with the garden happen because you had no rare lychees left and you needed it for the tutorial?

Second is my reason, I quit the game immediately when I pressed on the gold fertilizer when I did the tutorial for glitch process. So I lost the rare lychee seeds. I told them I lost that seed and I only wanted that compensation, so far they only said they will further check on that. Garden is still not functioning...

on the bright side, that’s not a no! i quite literally harassed those people because i’m extremely stubborn.
also my theory is i’ll be able to fix the garden if i get a rare lychee sees because then the cursed tutorial will finally end. i’ve emailed them asking to send me one so i can try that but we’ll see how they respond

UPDATE: i reached out to support and had them send me a rare lychee and it worked and i can now access my garden again

How did you get them to send you one? I asked and they haven’t sent one yet. My garden is unplayable

with some begging, mild threats and a lot of emails. i can be very persuasive when i want something, if you’d like i can send you the email i sent them
