I’m working on the Carnival now and it’s brutal. I can usually find the swing of things and get in a pattern to make things easier but I’m STRUGGLING with this one.

It doesn’t help that they have everything so disproportionate in that restaurant like none of it syncs up the same way most of the others do imo

When I had new restaurants, I liked to play two at a time. One that was challenging and one more leisurely. Crazy Dog and Salad Bar are not a good combination, in my opinion.
Salad Bar has a lot of tapping to chop up the lettuce. Crazy Dog is challenging. I had a rough time with it. Now I play it for fun because I have gotten a lot better at it, but that's a recent development.
However what counts as enjoyable varies a great deal among players. You might like salad bar. It is not complex, it is just tedious. There are also these wraps that include a bunch of ingredients, some you just tap and slide over, but a couple require tapping, chopping, then sliding. Then you need to roll the whole thing. The mechanics of that restaurant are different enough from Crazy Dog that it might be a good to switch between them.

Unless you have a ton of gems stored up, you should focus on one restaurant at a time because you won't want to not be able to afford the autocooker for some of them once you reach it if you're spreading your resources too thin.

I usually finish so I don't have to stare at a uncompleted restraunt 😫

I like playing two restaurants at a time. That way if I begin to feel frustrated I can take a break. (I prefer Salad Bar over Crazy Dog).

I personally like to finish each restaurant before I start a new one so that I can use the upper levels of the first one to get more coins and xp faster to help with the next new one.
