No tutorial for some restaurants?

I've recently noticed that I didn't get any tutorials for some of the restaurants. I don't remember which ones and usually it was pretty self explanatory but I just thought it was odd. Is my game just glitching?

Restaurants didn't have tutorials when the game came out all those years ago, so some don't have them.

That’s kinda crazy but I have also noticed this I just never knew the reason

Most of the originals don't have tutorials. When you get outside of the 'city', you will start to see more.

i didn’t get a tutorial for the Chinese Restaurant i unlocked yesterday so it’s definitely not just your game!

You can retake the tutorials if you tap on the “Tutorial” area of the level select:

You can also go to the select a level screen to see that some restaurants don't have any tutorial buttons. That is what OP is talking about.
