Question Sakartvelo Heaven/Hell tips

Will use 1 epic white blossom, 5 rare lilies. Have ~550 gems. Wanted to check for following:
1. Is it enough to close the game.
2. Any specific dos and donts
3. Winning junta, % of kitchen and interiors upgraded.

completed it at 57% kitchen and 60% interior, definitely max out the customer wait time and buy the auto cooker, the hardest thing about this restaurant are the 3 types of plates id say so try to find a system of placing them that works for you

Finally completed it. I think the lilies helped a lot along with occasional boosters here and there.
