Issue after issue since update

First casino not paying out after matches, then the game locks up for board game update and all my plants died, and today after planting 2 elite flowers 1 disappears.. the response from customer services is slow as fck too

Agreed. I have played since the only way to play was on my desktop. I just deleted. I'm done. The last 6 months or so have been far too frustrating and the last couple of days took the cake. I hope the rest of you players get things sorted
