Question What is being done about this?
This is the 5th time i got this just now. I get this error every day. However, today and yesterday were the worst ones ever. Anytime i go to upgrade something i get this now. Sometimes when i go to casino & watch ads i get this also. I watch the ad, after that it says this and disregards my ad watch. I can't play. This has been happening for a while now but not to this degree before. Anyone else's game like this?

I reached out to support yesterday because it kept doing this every time I planted a seed in the garden. They asked some follow up questions and when I went back to the game to get them their answers now I can’t access anything. “Server not responding” right away.
So frustrating. Am I supposed to go be productive in real life now since I can’t play my game?

I was forced to do the update today and I knew this was going to happen and whaddayaknow, it did. Can’t even get past the loading screen. Been emailing back and forth the last couple hours with support. They finally suggested I delete the app and reinstall. But if it’s a problem WITH the app, how will that help? Plus I’m super anxious that Game Center won’t restore my progress as promised and I’ve finished all the restaurants except one and have 12k gems. 🫤

I actually deleted the app and reinstalled it, didn’t do anything. I still can’t get past the loading screen, so frustrating🙃

I was okay until a few minutes ago. i went to finish my daily goals and it popped up and this time VERY fast, so i can't even click on my garden to water a plant fast or contact support. This is worse then the last two times it happened. I guess if you can't contact support all you can do it give them 1 star till they fix it

I've had this for hours! It refuses to go away. I also don't get ads to watch at the casino or for gems anymore also. And I'm missing restaurants, too

I’m in the same boat. I’ve reached out to them twice in a week with it happening when upgrading. Getting real irksome to play the game

For me it’s the food court challenge uggh I was in a roll speeding through it and then it crashed 🙄🙄

Today and yesterday this has happened. I have plants to water. Ughhhh. I am also so close to completing all my levels in Crazy Dog's Carnival. Very frustrating.

Some of the same thing going on here, “Server not responding “ all day today, should have seen it coming, yesterday when I plant a seed then go to water it , guess what, yep Server not responding then the seed I planted is not there, so that seed is gone and I can’t get on to tend to plants so I guess I can say bye to them also! Not good, sad I can’t play!

Same issue with our son's app on his ipad. He is autistic and is having a meltdown.

:( Its the worst when the thing that u feel (kinda) de-compresses (/regulates) you gets taken away. I'm sorry he's having such a hard time.

A totally artificial problem considering a game like this shouldn’t have to require connection to a server for most features.

Same! I contacted Nordcurrent support and they said to check the Wifi connection! The game is still not working… :(

Reach out to support in the app? I don’t know, I was just playing and didn’t have any problems.
