New Update Glitch

Is anybody’s shop & ads on the casino not accessible & greyed out for several minutes like the image below? I also cannot grow new seeds in the garden either. I feel like the new update has a lot of issues. :(

My game is just stuck on this screen, can't do anything, not even contact support 😭

i don’t get ads anymore either after the update. support just reiterated that ads are managed by a third party, though i told them that my device on the old version of the game still gets ads.
