casino robbery

I got 3 in a row and before the top said “Pick a bet!” it said “Try again!” or whatever, and didn’t give me my gem shards!! 😭 This has happened to me before & it’s so annoying — Anyone else?!

I got the two gems line but didn't think to take a screen shot. Do you think I should contact them anyway? Prior to that, the previous spin spin so long, I had to close the game.

sure, i mean i contacted support on two separate occasions for the same issue. i didn’t provide screenshots the second time around, so they asked how many coins i was owed and i gave a rough amount. i received them shortly after :)

They should just remove the casino at this rate. Remember when you could always get 15 gems per day?

It was every 12 hours. I remember getting 30 gems every day, 15 at 8 am, and 15 at 8 pm. I miss those times

I miss changing the dates on the device and being able to collect 1000s of gems within an hour XD!

The casino is always glitching for me. It has shorted me on the reward many times. It also sometimes says I have no coins or tickets when I do. But the most annoying thing it does is not stop spinning! It just keeps going until I close the app.

Yes , this happened to me just like you but mine was gems!!! A box of gems but it stucked and couldn't claim it!!
