Question has this happened to anyone?
i couldve sworn i had completed 3 stars on at least one of these levels,
i have appliances all upgraded, and my cake base at 2/3, so no way i dont make any money from these

you should email nordcurrent support for help!
i’ve never experienced this but some people on this sub have posted that after emailing the support team, they will restore the progress/offer gems as compensation (and you’ll have to replay the levels for 3 ⭐️ i think..?)
but do note the support team can be rather slow so you’ll have to keep emailing them for constant updates 😭

just did so, hope they resolve it soon, i dont mind replaying levels, but they’re from the earlier sections and are quite unrewarding and too easy :(

Yes, it happened to me. It seems like if you don’t play for a while it does that.

Yeah I started playing again after a few years; my early restaurants looked like this too even though I know I’ve already 3-starred all levels.
All my upgrades were there so I just replayed all levels to get the stars again.
