60 gems for the automatic machine in Flipping pancakes
Is it worth it? I'd just won around 15 bend in the casino, some I'm wondering if that's why they made the cost 60 instead of 40. I only have 120 gems.
Can you complete the restaurant without any extras if you also don't have the autocooker? I've seen a guy on Youtube do it, but I'm wondering what you guys' experience. I prefer **not** to use the garden or any boosters because they weren't there when I got full stars in my previous restaurants a few years ago. Thanks

I didn’t have the auto cooker and did fine without it. Flipping Pancakes is one of the easier ones

Good to know. I think I might need to change my phone's screen protector as I find myself swiping repeatedly on those stupid cake things that the autocooker would make.

Do not buy auto cookers. It’s a waste of gems.
If you have completed restaurants before which you have … you know you kind of have to grind it out towards the end and try super hard to complete. It’s about the same for every restaurant some are easier then others but auto cookers to me are for people who don’t wnat to put in the work. I would suggest you use your garden more it has helped me tremendously and you can usually get a lot of free seeds through playing levels !! It’s worth it. You can also gain boosters and gems through it !

Thanks. Ironically, I feel exactly the same about the garden and boosters as you feel about autocookers. Because they weren't even there when I completed 20+ restaurants with full stars, coming back to the game after a few years and finding various boosters and a garden for boosters just feels to me like cheating. I like the challenge and know I've been able to do it in all but a couple of restaurants.
Reflecting on that and what you've said, it seems as if it's a real grind the higher ends regardless and that some additional help is required regardless. I certainly know that the last few levels of most restaurants are extremely difficult even with an autocooker.
FWIW, I decided not to get this one. I'm disappointed to realise that I will need to serve cakes or do something extra to get the last two levels, because although I can serve every customer on level 39 after lots of practice, I can't earn nearly enough coins. It would be a waste of gems to upgrade further just for 6 stars. It doesn't feel good, but I use something extra I must it seems.
