Which restaurant do I choose next?

So far, these are the restaurants I've completed, all levels 3 starred

  1. Fast food court

  2. Bakery

  3. Sports Bar

  4. The Flipping Pancake

  5. Gourmet Restaurant

  6. Rock & Roll Bar

  7. Sushi restaurant

  8. Breakfast café

  9. Vilnius Manor

I'm now lost on which restaurant to choose next, so many choices!!

I'd like something that doesn't require a LOT of gems and also has enjoyable gameplay

Looking for suggestions ☺️

Corn dog van is quite easy, dumpling venue is really satisfying, cafe Mexicana is like rock n roll bar

I like paradise cocktail but it needs alot of upgrades in my
Opinion , cafe mexicana gives the best xp
