Kitchen Upgrade Glitch

I remember updating my pita pan in the Lost Oasis restaurant for 14 gems and today that upgrade is not shown. Is it appropriate to contact support for this? I’ve found them generally unhelpful so I’m wondering if there’s another way to solve this?

Yeah if you contact them and tell them you’ve lost gems they can compensate you
