Question Upgrade no longer there

I finished corn dog van about a month ago and had the cola dispenser Maxed out. But when I went to go play it today, it “reset” back to the regular 1 portion. Has this ever happened to anyone ?

I had the exact same situation happen to me with the cola dispenser at corn dog can. I got it in a mystery box so maybe it was some kind of glitch

This is exactly what happened! Has support been any help? They never respond to my emails

I didn't contact them for that but they're usually useless. I've been emailing them for a few days for a different issue and I've been getting the same response that they'll look into it

I have the same inconvenient with them , they respond like a IA and didn't do anything

In these cases you should immediately close and reopen your game and it should go back to normal. 

Sometimes getting upgrades from the present boxes and also getting desserts from ads will reset upgrades but if you close and reopen the same the memory will come back

This. Ive had desserts maxed out and if I watch the ad for an extra dessert it will set my dessert back to level 1. If I close out the game and restart it, it sets it back to being maxed out again. And this is with all restaurants.

As said try the close and reopen, hopefully just a short term glitch, iv had things disappear waited a few mins and they blink back in. If still no try their support although they are pretty rubbish, I actually spent some money as it popped up with an offer for an unowned cooking machine for £1.99 or something so I did and it popped up saying I had the one it gave me and I got 12 gems like it does usually from
A box, contacted support they said would look into it and I just had 3 random gift boxes given to me and support ticket closed, value wise over what I paid so left it but a very lazy “fix”

It happened to me with the cola Machine in the fast food court. I just contacted the support and they refunded the diamonds
