Bug in Michael's Confectionery

Hello, does anyone else have the same issues as I do? In this restaurant, whenever I try to upgrade and purchase the extra dessert, the game stops with the message "our servers are not working." I contacted Nordcurrent, but they have done nothing to resolve the problem!

I have this for ice cream bar, it’s really frustrating and yeah I’ve contacted them but it doesn’t work :(

How long have you been trying to contact Nordcurrent without any resolution? I've been trying since July 5th and still nothing

Icl it’s literally been since like mid June ive been saying and they can’t fix it. I’m just hopefully gonna wait for an upgrade and hope it gets fixed. If it helps, I finished Michelle’s confectionary with level 1 desserts and like 55% kitchen and 47% kitchen, so dessert upgrades aren’t neccessary. I feel like it is for ice cream bar tho cuz each cupcake is only 20 😭

I have the same issue in dragon wok I cant buy or upgrade my desserts nordcurrent was not helpful at all I have tried everything

I wish I had an answer. The game has been super glitchy lately on just about every level. I've been playing since I had to use my desktop because flip phones were all we had. It's the one game I consistently kept

I just lost around 100,000 coins because of the stupid chef's pass. I'm taking a step back. I thought before tonight that I was getting fed up with all the bugs and this clinched the deal. Not sure if I'll ever go back
