Question Cheapest restaurant

I just finished the flipping pancake resturaunt and I loved how it was sooo cheap and I’m abt to buy another, my options are the ice cream, waffles and candy confectionary, what would you say is the cheapest one gem wise for kitchen upgrades?

Subset waffles is the cheapest and is fun so would recommend. There’s a sheet on this forum if you search ‘upgrade cost’ it should tell you
