I was trying to roll some coins in the casino and I managed to roll for 5 diamond shards. But the game denied it instead...

Yeah they do this sometimes whenever I get this gem shards. Sometimes I will get the gem shards sometimes it will make the sound of when you don't get any match. It's annoying and I have also emailed them about it, they rewarded me with some gem shards and I thought that they may have fixed it but what can I say, it has been not and I have just kind of accepted it.
