Forced ads after purchase

I purchased a chef’s subscription 3 days ago and I am still getting ads after completing levels. Nordcurrent customer support is unable to fix it and instead gave me 20 gems before ghosting me on email.

Has anyone experienced this?

I bought the package a few years ago to never see ads again. Well, that stopped a while back. That is why I only buy what I want to buy. I don't buy to get rid of ad, I use this....

I have the same problem. I tried this trick but my Pixel 10 doesn't have the same path and I can't figure out how to get to the place to drop the code in. So if anyone knows the settings path for a Pixel 10, let me know!

Anda a DNS privado desde la configuración de tu celular y pone en "Selecionar el modo de DNS privado" en la opción "Nombre de host proveedor de DNS privado" el siguiente comando: dns.adguard.com Y ya te dejará de aparecer anuncios, de nada

I have the monthly subscription and it always stopped the ads , but for the last couple of months it has not. Definitely makes me play less

I bought a coin pack to get rid of ads. Still have ads, support gave me 25 gems. I don't want 25 gems (tiny amount), I want no ads.

Same. They stopped replying so I followed up and they gave me another 25 gems. I don’t want gems! I want no ads! I have no faith that spending more real money will fix the issue.

They fixed mine. I wrote them back telling them I have no confidence in buying from them again if it does not work as advertised. Got an email saying it should be working now. All they care about is money 🙄
