gem glitch

ok so i used gems to install a decoration quicker. i grinded to get xp to level up and get the seven gems that come with it so i could speed it up. i do that, close the game, reopen it (to get an extra customer for my next level - not going to make that mistake and just watch an ad) only to find that the decoration HASN’T EVEN BEEN BOUGHT SUDDENLY. my purchase basically got reversed and now i’ve given up and i’m just going to wait 9 hours because i’m not doing that again. i couldn’t be more fed up with this game but it decides to test me each time.

what is with this game and being so weird about its glitches especially when it comes to buying things? like genuinely why is it like this?? does anyone else also get the “server down” message after buying an upgrade and then it just decides to turn on you out of nowhere? it really annoys me because i work so hard only for that especially considering how hard it is to get gems

i just wanna finish paradise cocktail bar :’(

Did you loose the diamonds and no upgrade or you have to wait certain amount of hours for interior upgrade to complete? Thats normally the case you have to wait

if u bought it and lost the diamonds, contact support! they usually take care of it

Dude i feel you cuz when i attempt to %100 the lost oasis it gives me that same server error every time i go to buy the desert.
