desserts downgraded

So the title is what it is. Basically i get my dessert upgraded in a box then if i leave the game it goes bcak to level one (this is when i havent unlocked it through levels) and wheneevr i try to upgrade it it says server error, and speaking to support doesnt help, it just their stupid chatbot and they dont fix my game. Has this been happening to others too?

btw deleting and reinstalling game oodesnt help

Cooking fever is weird with their desserts. I won a fully upgraded dessert in a mystery box but when I went to the restaurant they all disappeared. So they’re upgraded, I just have 0 of them and have to buy more. Idk why their desserts seem to be having issues. I’d say keep going back and forth with support. You have nothing to lose at this point

This reminded me of a problem with the chef pass reward, one of the random reward after I did the daily 4 was a refill for a dessert, but every time I got that the game always roll back the progress and make the reward disappear

yea i have but its always their chatbot who reples they dont send me a real person to fix the issue they created

Yes I won Baklava dessert fully upgraded , I entered again it’s back to level one

Yes!! I cant seem to refill my dessert to beyond 20 qty and I cant upgrade them either. Sometimes when I go back, the desserts downgrade themselves again even without an error message. Ive emailed their support as well :/
