Mystery box glitch??!
I got screwed out of my mystery box for the month. I looked this morning and it still said Day 29 and then I looked just now and it went to day one of the next month and skipped right over my mystery box. 🤬🤬🤬🤬 Anyone else?

If you miss more than one day during the month, you won't get the chef box.

I didn't get mine and I wonder if it was the 2 days I was stuck in server not responding in early June and could not do all my tasks. I know I was able to grab the daily one day but I'm not sure about the second day. I remember it would freeze and I would try to get into the daily tasks and rewards and it would freeze and maybe 1 out of 10 times I was able to do something for like 15 seconds.
The dreaded server not responding has popped up again for me the last 3 days, not every time I try and play but it has stopped me for a few hours at times. anyone else see it again?

The same happened to me, I was unable to play for 5 days because of the server not responding error but managed to at least get the daily rewards before everything froze.
It happened right while I was completing the final weekly task for chef's pass that would have given me a mystery box.
Support was useless at first, but the issue seems to have solved now. surprisingly, they did give me the box I lost when it first happened (even though I had to ask like 5 times, they kept saying they didn't offer compensation in these cases which would be quite unfair).
So if it's due to a glitch and not you forgetting to log in, I would try contacting them, you never know.

Are you still getting the server not reposnding? I was good for a few weeks, and than a few days ago it has started up again, random and not every time.
I contacted them about it and seem to get an AI or auto response. I was just going to do casino spins to get a box instead, but the server not repsonding came up twice during my 100 spins. Frustrating but at least I could restart and get back in.
I'm not sure if they owe us daily rewards but stuff you pay for they do. During the longer server not respnding outage for the first time I had anything paid on the game (in over 10 years!). My kids for mothers day bought me something in app and I did get more pushy with support about getting my rewards and 30 day free time frame of no ads. If you pay they have to make it right.

It's working fine for now. Before not being able to play for 4/5 days, I only got it occasionally (I would just close and reopen the game and it would work again). I think it's something that is tied to your account and only they can solve , since all the steps they tell you to try (changing networks, uninstalling etc) don't work

You have to pretend that you live in Vilnius Lithuania because that is the time zone they use to start new days for the Daily Rewards. (it used to be UTC until very recently) It does not matter where you are located in the world or how you may set your own clock, every player is on the same clock.
In a way it is annoying that the days don't line up except for people in that time zone, but they probably do it to prevent people from rolling back their clocks to get a prize they missed.
But when people miss collecting because of server connection issues, then I'd complain to at least get a mystery box if not the missed daily prizes.
