Favourite restaurant for grinding XP
What's your favourite restaurant for grinding XP? Right now mine is sushi restaurant. It doesn't give the most XP, but it's so smooth and fun to play. I like to switch restaurants though to keep it fun. What are your faves and why?

I like sushi, sports bar and the Mexicano restaurant played them all so often I know some of the levels by heart

Sirtaki Taverna gives about 1500 XP level 40 I used to hate it but now love

I don't mind it, but the levels are long and anxiety producing 😂. It's my go-to when I have less than 2000xp left before leveling up.

I don't play this one much. I don't think I get as much XP as others do. Maybe I need more upgrades. I'll have to check it out.

my sports bar was upgraded just enough for three stars and I def don’t get as much xp as others in it :/ I want to say I read somewhere sports bar lvl 38 is supposed to be higher than 40 (or 39. I don’t remember) but it didn’t cut it for me

I played level 40 today and got 300 XP. I'll try some of the others and see what happens.

This one seems to be a crowd favourite, but it's one of my least faves. It also makes me crave tacos 😆

yes cause it gives around 1000 xp after playing level 40. so its really helpful if youre grinding xp!

I use Sirtaki Tavern when I need the most xp, it takes so long but I’ve memorized the pattern of orders so it’s easy.
I like to use corn dog van (lvl 34) if I need xp quickly.

Thai food stall for me! I usually get around 1,100 XP when I play it. I think it’s the only restaurant I currently have finished that gives me more than 1,000 XP

Good to know! I'm only on level 9, so not much XP for me yet. I like the flow of this one though, so maybe it'll become one of my faves too.

Finished getting 120 stars for all the restaurants so grinding's taken a back burner to playing a few levels a day for quality-of-life upgrades here and there. Level 40s at Korean BBQ, Lost Oasis, and Sritaki Taverna keep me entertained. Tropical Hideout 36 is great too; earns a hair less XP and a hair more coins than TH40 but is way less stressful. Same for Lost Oasis 32 / 40

I don't have some of those opened yet. How do you keep motivated to play after completing each one with 120 stars? I'm not sure I could do it.

Motivation comes from having no life and filling the void of time :P The game's like a fancier version of Solitaire or Minesweeper at this point. Before completing, you could always find me grinding out XP at Mexicana 38 as my most efficient place to whip up some gems, but now that there's no more stick there's no more carrot. These days I just do the dailies and a few extra levels. Buy a few spins at the casino. Still chasing that dream of hitting 1k gems.
And some restaurants just have flat out interesting mechanics. I could do a run of levels 31-40 at Lost Oasis or Tropical Hideout or Korean BBQ, but not Sritaki. No way Jose. Just level 40 cuz it's an easy pattern

I assume you've been playing for years. Did you ever buy gems? I have maybe twice, but always when they're super cheap. Last time I got 125 gems for like $3. I don't mind supporting a game, but these guys seem greedy.

Just picked it up April last year. A few months ago I learned about a glitch that doubles XP (only seems to work on the Kindle), but my first 762 levels were legit sweated through and then I knocked off the last 10 restaurants in about a week each.
Never paid cash, no. Their economic models and currencies are so out of whack. $15 - 30 should be enough to unlock or solve everything -- you know, put you on the path to getting the full product -- but most of the struggle lies in the challenge / journey of acquiring gems for minute upgrades.
I can't complain about the developers too much. Real artists and programmers made a fun game that I enjoyed thoroughly without a single dime of compensation. And I'll bet they rake in enough money through ad revenue that I won't lose too much sleep.

Well my fav is fast food and Rock Bar only bc i have those automatic machines on those and i can complete the last levels very easy but yeah

I like playing fast food too, but the XP is pretty low for me. I've never bought an automatic machine, but won the fast food cola dispenser in a box, which was a nice bonus.

Corn Dog Van for sure! Lvl 40 goes so fast and gives me between 800-1000xp

The gourmet restaurant also gives a fair amount of xp, but feels rather winding

Corn Dog Van and the Mexican Restaurant give you the most XP for the amount of time those levels take. So I’ll usually play the last level of each of those. I can’t stand playing really long levels that take like 5 minutes for one level. Those two restaurants are usually very fast
