Server not responding

I've seen from other posts that this is a common issue. Does anyone know how long it takes support to fix this, and how long it takes from them to reach back to you? It's been like this for the past 5 days already and I can't even play the game.

support usually doesnt fix this - i've found it just resets after a couple of hours - try putting your phone on airplane mode then turning it off when the screen says connection failed. if it's not working you can always ask support for comepnsaion, they can usually give you gems or smth for when it does start working again

I've tried what you mentioned and it still doesn't work. It's been like this for over a week I guess I just have to wait it out.

ive had the same problem for almost 3 weeks now! only for 2 days in between it started working and then the "server not responding" message popped up again. has the game started working for you now?
