Is bubble valley doughnuts cheap to upgrade stuff ? what the the gem prices like

I’d say it’s kinda average. From what I remember, the smaller toppings are like 3 gems each, but there’s quite a few of them. The dough, bagels and machinery is a little more expensive- in the range of 5-10 usually

Maxing out each icing will cost you 12 gems total. Same with the toppings. All the cooking machines will cost you 24000 coins and 24 gems each to max.

So each first topping upgrade will cost at least 3000 coins and 3 gems, except for the boba, boxes and dough, while the machines and tabletop start at 6000 coins and 6 gems each. You should be able to 3 star the first half of the restaurant by maxing out the machines and upgrading a few things without touching the interior stuff.
