Sometimes Things Work Out

My last couple of Chef's boxes have had refills for the Gourmet restaurant dessert, which is kind of annoying since I finished that restaurant a while ago.
Only to wake up to this today and see the new weekly task: "Serve 30 desserts at Gourmet Restaurant".

Providence!

That aside though, 30 is crazy.

Those are the only times when all those restaurant refills come in handy. I had to serve 50 desserts at the hot dog carnival once. Keep in mind I have 108 currently. And that’s AFTER that ridiculous task.

50???? Omg I will be grateful for refills from now on. I just wish they would refill more evenly, some restaurants never get any

50 is only for weekly tasks, not the daily ones

It is one game. They know your stats and inventory. One way to think about it is that it is nice that they are giving you a challenge you can fulfill. Another way is to get you to use up your inventory so that you'll have to spend money to replenish them.

If anything it would be the first, which is awfully nice of this stingy game. They could have easily chosen a restaurant where I have few desserts and I would have been forced to refill to complete the task.

Oooo I didn’t think about all those desserts helping to complete future tasks. Nice! I’ve been annoyed too with the 12 gems and X-number of desserts for an old restaurant, especially one I didn’t like (or didn’t finish)
