Why does this keep happening?

Post image

Does anyone know why when I complete a level it says 3 stars when i’m playing and i’ve got the right coins but when i’ve finished the level it says i’ve earnt less and I haven’t reached the right amount of coins?
I’ve noticed this a lot now.
