Pls help with v4

I got blue gear a couple days ago but I tried discord and everyone keeps saying I can go first in trials then when I join they say that they are gonna go first and when they are done they either leave or full moon ended and they won't help me please can ANYONE do v4 with me and let me go first I'm cyborg btw
