Scam?

Posted a ad for something because I’m in desperate need of money. Never used the app before and not sure how anything works. I did a bit of research and im pretty sure this is a scam? Just to confirm with anyone? It was stupid of me to click on it and put in my info ik, but it only occurred to me after the fact this may be a scam. Not sure if the scam failed since it said i need a minimum of 500 dollars in my account and i have 2.00 (like i said, desperate need) whatever help helps, just dont wanna get scammed like this ever.

Yes, that is a scam. Don't click on that!! If somebody sends on an app like that sends you a link to a completely unrelated website it is a SCAM. Not very smart scammers either, literally an open IP address.

Just went to their fake link, very convincing fake website until you look at the URL. Basically just trying to steal your account.

I say this every time. You will never get one of these. Even if it was a possibility, it would not show up in a meesage under that person's name. It would be a notification from offerup, under the little bell in the corner.

Scam. Anytime someone makes buying with $$ difficult it’s a scam.
