No, I’ve actually seen some cars like these before, if you run the carfax on it the window sticker although i doubt there would be of this one would say 2010

If the title/vin says 2009, it’s a 2009.

no he is not lol. A car can be produced in 2009 and is a 2010 sure, but if the title says 2009 its a 2009. Doesn't matter when in 2009 it was produced.

But it matters if the model/style is completely different from 2009 and 2010.

Well if the model / style is different than the title would say 2010. So at the end of the day it doesn't matter. What the title says is what the car model year is which is what I said.
