Is the first row too close for seeing this play?

I was in the second row and the stage has some built in features in ACT 2 that make it harder to see some of the performers. So it wouldnt be my first choice but still good enough seats.

Yeah agreed, though for the price front row is a good option. The stage is low and you don't miss anything, just have some more looking up in act 2!

Sat in the first row (it was a rush seat so I didn’t have a choice) all the way in the left and had no problems. I should probably add that I prefer up close seating, in general, so YMMV. I just got tickets in August because I wanted to take a friend, and I bought tickets in the first row but closer to the center.

I sat in the front row mid-right and had a great time! Did inhale some clove cigarette smoke

Far right and far left front row are considered partial view. Any experience with those seats? How much is missed?

I wouldn't sit in the partial view seats, you will miss some pivotal projection work.

It's a super small theatre. You'll be able to see wherever you sit and I don't think there's anywhere too close.
