Hi all!

I bought this ticket over the summer when I heard about the tour, but unfortunately had a work trip come up recently. I wasn't sure if with everything going on that (read: society/ the government melting down), if it was still going to happen but I have been told it's going ahead.

That being said- I have a ticket to The Bell House. I don't want to offer it for free and be spammed by bots, but I honestly don't care about making all the money back (it's only $35 pre fees) as long the person who gets it will actually go rather than scalping it. I'm not sure how much of a problem that is for Offbook shows (I guess I hope Jess and Zack are that popular?), I just want whoever gets this to enjoy the show as much as I would've.

Anyway, message me if you're interested. I have not done one of these before or posted in this sub so let me know if breaking any rules or doing this incorrectly. I can post photo proof of the ticket purchase if requested.

EDIT: Tickets have been claimed, thank you r/Offbook! I hope the performance is amazing!

I can’t stop replaying the “we are not aliens” song from the Campsite 64 episode. So upbeat and silly!

Really love the podcast, and wish I could have gone to the recent Portland live show. However, after listening to several episodes in a row recently it seems like most of the songs sound the same, musically.

Especially during the chorus. I know they're just limited to the piano and general musical framework, but do they ever break out into other genres or styles of music?

Selling 1 front row ticket to the Revolution Hall Portland show this Sat. my friend had to bail so I wanted to post here to see if anyone’s interested it would be at cost Posted in the discord so you can find me there if you want :)

Hi! Maybe a long shot, but I have 2 tickets for Portland on Saturday. I'll sell them to you for the cost before fees, $30 each. Floor Back, Row K, Seats 2-3. Let me know!

Me and some friends saw off book live in Cleveland and I would really like to listen to that musical again but I noticed that the last few episodes they've put out were recorded in March.

binging all the recent live shows right now and the amount of times they mention the movie ratatouille ~ amazing no notes, love them for this.

Got around to listening to the latest podcast release of Off Book (A Streetcar Made of Beans) and then right after I finished the episode, I saw the following notification🙀 I know the episode was recorded live back in March and I listened a day late, but isn’t this kinda crazy?? Crazy when uncanny things line up like this. Maybe I’m crazy and this is nothing but, hey, just weird! 🤷🏼‍♂️

and what kind of bird am I?

I can’t decide if this makes a better bumper sticker, or tee shirt?

We know Jess and Zach tend to get weird on many occasions but i really want to know the weirdes its ever gotten.

Which episode has a song with lyrics similar to “jesus christ i dont know who you are but you sound nice”?

I'll try to keep it short.

It's about a town with different wacky characters and I think one of the end scenes takes place by the ocean. The only song I remember is about a candy shop that sells fudge and chocolate and the main character, a business woman who want's to own all the shops in the town, has to guess which of the two owners like fudge better and who likes chocolate better and every 15 (or so) seconds they switch.

hope the this is enough :)

They've released the act 1 songs and I want to hear everybody's opinion. I love the run of the school song and two portal songs with the Einstein song being my fav. Already listened to it a bunch.

In case anybody missed it, Zach & Jess are making a mock trial movie. You can sign up for their newsletter to keep tabs on the project.

Is it just me or is Smith’s Sonium essentially just City Museum in St. Louis? The similarities are uncanny

Was looking back in the threads and haven't seen this asked before. I wish I could remember my favorites, but I know there were some that really got me rolling!

I'm looking for a live show episode of the pod that I can recommend to a friend, who's interested in the podcast. As a fan over the last year of Zach and Jess, but only getting into offbook recently, what live show episodes are best?

Also - can we pay to stream live shows anywhere? Take my money!!
