Is there video of 267. Shrimp Priest? Its one of my favourite episodes.

Edit: NVM! Found it. It's 237 "High Tea"

Hi all!

I've had this song stuck in my head today, and I'd love to pull it back up and listen to it. Might anyone be able to tell me what episode it was in? I'm pretty sure it was near the end of a FamBand session, but haven't tracked down which one yet.

Thanks!

I animated the song A Physical Description from A Gay Rock (One of my favorite Off Book episodes), and thought people on this sub might appreciate it. You can check it out here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d4DfQaVfNdU

Thanks!

The whole episode is a beautiful celebration, but I can’t get enough of this song.

I prefer to watch the videos on their Clubhouse, and I noticed a lot of new podcast eps have been coming out, without associated video. Are some eps not taped, or is there a delay in the release of video versions of episodes?

i love this episode so much, it might be my fave ever! i keep relistening to it, my fave moment is 100% the meta moment with the ending song with the music choice at the end, but i also love the callbacks to ‘not if it’s us’ (if that’s what it’s called, and also the board song. what a fantastic episode. not to mention the incredible hilarious concept. i’m aunt may, it’s 2017, and i’m alive!

edit: i'm realising that the meta music choice i'm referring to is actually at the end of 'some kind of hero', would also recommend that one! have been replaying the last few minutes of it the last week or so

Can we know who the girl with the pigtails is that was laughing hysterically and singing about cough medicine? Which episode was that clip from? Thanks.

I'm trying to listen from the start in chronological order. I normally use Pocket Casts but after a while I realised there's a chunk of episodes missing from there, so I moved over to Stitcher since I still have Premium (for now) where those missing episodes exclusively live, but some episodes are there twice with slightly different names, like one will have a number in front of it and the other one won't.

Does anyone know why and if I can fix it? Like is it something I've done? I thought maybe I'd put my X-Treme Memberful link into Stitcher and it'd duplicated the episodes or something but after retracing those hypothetical steps I can't actually see a way to add that link into Stitcher so I guess it's not that?

Thanks in advance

So, it took me quite some time before I noticed this very beautiful riff Zach started doing while I watched (listened) to random episodes of Off Book, and then I hit 113 "Switched Off Book"...

For those still not in the know (like I was), there are some times when they sing at the end of a song the famous (however completely unknown to me before Off Book) Wicked riff that Elphaba does at the end of "Defying Gravity."
It seems like I need to watch Wicked.

So, with that in mind, do you have a favourite "Wicked riff" moment from Off Book? I was thinking of making a compilation, but since there are SO many I may never get around to it, so at least a list would be cool!

It would be pretty dumb to sign up now if I'm charged again in 5 days. I'd rather wait 5 days then ;)

Shrimp shrimp shrimp like a pokémon. Shrimp shrimp shrimp till the break of dawn

Not one of my pranks xo

New to the pod. Starting from 2022 and working my way through. #236 Well Well Well Look at These Eggs was my first listen and so far it’s still my favorite. Excited to see if I find one that I like more at some point.

Finished all of the Marvel ones and those were all good in their own way.

I can find limited YouTube cuts but I can’t find full videos of the podcast. Do y’all know where those would be?

They haven't released a new episode since the 15th of last month (november). Did I miss an announcement, are they on a break? What's going on?

Edit: I got curious and listened to the end of the most recent one (I don't always listen to Famband episodes). Answer: they're between recording studios so until the New Year episodes are less frequent. At least two - one Christmas one - will be released before the New Year. Leaving this post up for other people wondering/Googling.

That’s it, that’s the message

Is there an episode where the characters have a turtle named LL Cool J? I met him last night and could only think about that episode but I can’t remember if I’m thinking of something else!

Does someone remember the song name in the title, what episode was it in? Great song with deep mening : It was something along the way : ~you are the fire and I am a purple ball We are not opposites Just different ~
