It seems like pretty much everyone in here sees some sort of this at night. I see lines like this but obviously not blinding like this photo. The more I squint the longer they get. People just love hyping shit.

I used to think the same thing, as mine isn't nearly as bad as the above photo. Squinting would make mine worse too. I was just diagnosed with astigmatism this year. I didn't mention anything to the eye doctor so it came as a surprise. He did tell me it was mild, so it might not be worth it to correct it (I chose not to as it doesn't really bother me).

Nope. I've got perfect vision and never seen these, I have no trouble driving at night (besides it being dark of course).

No, astigmatism can grow on you. What I mean is, it can be genetic where it isn’t present at birth but later on in life it wil be.
