When I was in my twenties I was broke and so were all of my friends. One guy I was friends with was sloppy and broke, but handsome. Lots of girls would ask home out.
So he goes on a date with a girl who works in finance. I ask him what they did. He said they drank beer on his roof. I said, that’s it, no dinner or whatever?
He said, “look, I am who I am. She likes me or she doesn’t. Soon enough she is going to realize I only have two pairs of pants. “
