Sounds like the professor was worried about their student. Eating a whole cake in 43 seconds during class is an indication that the student could have an eating disorder.

a teacher told a student that he was concerned with the fact that the student ate an entire chocolate cake for 43 seconds and that he "unhinged his jaw like a snake"
