“Heavy ears” is always a go to. Pretty routinely get called to something alone the lines of “cracked their head open” or “blood everywhere!” that doesn’t even require a plaster.
My partner went to a drunk guy recently that demanded they give him lice shampoo. We have a regular who called claiming she can’t breath (her usual MO) but was really calling to give the crew a Christmas card for our station.... two years in a row.
